I am a 14-year-old Christian homeschooled girl who was offered the chance to own and train a 3-year-old miniature horse. We live right smack in the middle of the city so I had to go before the Animal Grievance Board to get a variance on the code that says the animal’s pen has to be a certain amount of feet away from the neighbor’s house. I got the variance, built the pen, and *poof* Turbo.
